"Two days the room did not get cleaned. After drawing this to the attention of the front desk, the room was cleaned. "

"The property is very old, especially inside the rooms. The inside of the room was very dirty, the windows are filthy. I had to call an attendant to come clean the toilet because there was feces on the outside of the toilet. The pool was freezing because they had just filled it up that day. I wouldn’t come back. They better be lucky I didn’t dispute the charge on my card. "

"Very nice property. Two years old. Beautifully decorated. Rooftop restaurant with nice views. Coffee and light breakfast in the lobby area (possibly for a fee if not included). Bar services available in the lobby. Parking on street is amply available. Valet is $35 per night but not necessary in my opinion. Hotels is located about 6-7 blocks from downtown, but we preferred this location. More sketchy foot traffic downtown than at this hotel. Restaurants of high quality everywhere. Louisville compares nicely to larger cities with quality and eclectic facilities. Only negative: Drag Queen brunch. I found this offensive, poor corporate culture and very bad judgement. Think about adults having brunch while trans men dance around and sing. Personally, I found this disgusting. There were young families with kids staying there. Shame on the owners and Hilton for allowing this. "

"Breakfast was good, the dinner time snacks were good, enjoyed the beverage machine! Cleanliness was good- we did have an issue with the room, but staff was quick to resolve it. "
