“The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!”

“**Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel** The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the room was extremely disappointing and did not match my expectations of a 5-star hotel. The “Classic Room” advertised on Expedia was misleading. I expected a comfortable room with natural light and at least some kind of view, but the room was very dark, with a “court yard view”. “El hamdoulilah, l'hôtel était au dessus de mes attentes, moderne, propre, calme, proche du haram, la chambre est équipée de tout, rien ne manque, le personnel est accueillant, souriant, très professionnel, à l'écoute est surtout mon frère FAHD qui m'a mis à l'aise depuis mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ et qui était au petit soins, demande tu trouve , un grand merci à FAHD , que dieu le protège, bénisse et lui accorde le succès.
