"Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good."

Only feedback - hard to communicate with the hotel - sent emails to them since December 7, 2025 re: requests concerning reservation and no reply were received from them. "We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "

"The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. "I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The price is very fair for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Tagaytay. I was one the 3rd floor and my view was very good I didn’t get a chance to check the view from a top floor window but I can tell it probably very beautiful. Most of all the incredibly pleasant staff. They are very genuine and eager to help, I felt very safe staying at the Wind."
