The concierge lady was very helpful during our evening check-in, making the process smooth and efficient. The hotel's location is also great for exploring nearby attractions on foot. You can walk to Myeong-dong in about 30 minutes. If you're looking for some natural beauty, the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream is just a 15-minute walk behind the hotel. For shopping, Lotte Supermarket at Seoul Station is only three bus stops away. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, making travel convenient. We'll definitely be back!"

"The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement. "
