“Appeared clean and well kept upon arrival, but mold on ceiling tiles and top edges outside shower. They advertise laundry available, but both washers and both dryers "Out of order". Only ice machine "Out of Order"! Door bolt lock from inside would not lock (out of alignment). Unable to get any streaming services on TV and when asked staff member said they have been having problems "mainly on this side of the hotel" (side we were on) and said there was nothing she could do about it. ...

“All of the staff were so polite. Easy check in and out process. Kept telling us if need anything to let them know. It was very nice, clean room. Was quiet and relaxing.”

“All was good. Breakfast was lacking choices. No eggs or sausage. Honey buns only choice. White bread only. No fruit.”

“We stayed overnight after a long drive from Florida, the room served its purpose it was clean and quiet, a little outdated but didnt bother me enough to change a 5 star rating. Front desk man was really nice and helpful plus it was super affordable given the last minute reservation.”

“This is a very out of the way place but it is quite,clean, a good place to eat a quarter of a mile away. The room was very clean and had the best hot water for a shower.the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I will stay there next time we are in st Robert”

“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

“Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk.”
