"Excellent place to stay, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location only a short bus ride to the railway station and into the centre. Ticino ticket is available for free travel in the whole area!

"The rooms and bathrooms have been nicely upgraded and are clean. The views are ectraordinary. Breakfast is excellent.
The reception area, hallways and stairways are dark and tired looking. There is sometimes a lot of loud partying on the streets late at night outside and this can make it difficult to sleep."
"Beautiful hotel and staff - couple notes: pool is under reconstruction until August 2026 & no AC - just fyi. We did live out stay there and the staff was great."
"Great place right by the train station. Just a 10 minute walk from town or short bus. Make sure to go do upgraded room with a view. It’s worth it! Just amazing way to wake up in the morning."
