"The roof top pools are simply Amazing. Stunning and worth the stay. The rooms are very large and clean and nicely designed. Room service was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that check in and checkout is very long and unorganized. I waited 3 times in line for half an hour each time to check in. We arrived at 10:30 am and I ended up getting my room at 3:30 pm! They did check our luggage and the free shuttle downtown was nice but a ten minute walk from main attractions. I would stay there again and highly recommend the rooftop pools if you can expect to wait a long time to check in. Spa facilities in the basement are also a nice touch."

"I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a perfect Athens location. 5 minutes walk to Acropolis is absolutely great for the tourists. Also roof top restaurant has a fantastic view especially at night! Food is great , service is great!"

"Loved peter at the front desk! Great guy and knows metal bands! Very nice location, walking distance to acropolis. HUGE room and loved the shower pressure. Also, one of the best breakfasts we had in greece!"

"The whole hotel was great! We were well prepared that the surrounding area wasn ’t so nice but the hotel more than makes up for that. Firstly the staff are so kind and helpful (helping us charge our devices when our chargers were packed away pre airport), checking in on us and being very attentive. The rooms we had (junior suites) were beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities you would hope for including a mini fridge. The pool area was a huge standout - it was meticulously maintained and we enjoyed it every day. Breakfast was outstanding too. The views were amazing, the staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet. First class stay!"

"Liked: Prime location steps away from Kerameikos metro station Friendly, welcoming staff and seamless check-in Handy room amenities (fridge, toaster, and safe) Fresh housekeeping every two days, which suited our schedule perfectly Reliable air conditioning throughout the stay Disliked: Only shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathroom (no body wash) Detailed Review: My partner and I stayed at Athenian Spirit for a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is the standout feature, as being right by the Kerameikos metro made navigating Athens incredibly easy. Check-in was quick and painless, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and having access to a fridge, toaster, and safe made a 7-night stay much more convenient. The air conditioning was more than adequate to keep the room cool, even if it did not get quite as ice-cold as I personally prefer. Housekeeping visited every two days, which was ideal for us. Just a quick note for future travelers: pack some shower gel, as only shampoo and conditioner were supplied. They do have some earplugs which I only contemplated using on the last night as the upstairs neighbour was a bit noisy. Overall, a great base for exploring Athens. We would definitely recommend it!"
