I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. If you can't accept the noisy, please leave this hotel.

We have no complaints about the hotel facilities and location. It is splendid. However, there is problems about the staffs which should be improved. Although they are professional, they lack of service mind and hospitality. The male staffs talked a bad things behind our back. We are not local but my friend is able to understand Chinese. I would rate 5 stars if the hotel staffs are improved for their attitude.

Great stay overall. The building doesn’t look like a hotel, to be honest but the room was clean and it was pretty comfortable. Somehow this hotel directly charged us in Taiwanese currency (not by Expedia in USD) so you better use any credit card that doesn’t charge any foreign transaction fee.

It's a solid four stars. Updated rooms, laundry machines, and easy walk to the main station. Just go out the front door, turn left, walk for 10 minutes, and you're connected to the whole city. Only complaint..... Slowest elevators ever! Take the stairs.

The hotel is walkable to taipei main station and ximending area. Restuarants, coffe shops and convenient stores near by. Room is clean. There are soft drinks and coffee complimentary in the lobby area. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel

I was very unhappy with my stay. I booked 6 nights at this property in a bedroom with a window. Turns out the window was facing the concrete facade of the neighbouring building (it was about 2 metres away from the window). If felt suffocating and like a coffin. I paid a premium price because i wanted to have a window, yet the single window was facing a wall and it was very dark in the room. Will not return to this hotel

The host at the lobby was really really friendly and always made sure we were having a good time and a good stay. They asked about our itinerary and recommended us places to visit or food to try even outside of Taipei area, according to our itinerary. Chilling at the lobby area truly felt like home with how welcoming they were. The stay at the room was also really comfortable, it had a great shower and a really comfortable bed.
