"Rooms were large and modern and staff tried to be very helpful but English was poorly spoken. I marked it down badly due the poor sleep as the room was to hot and there was no air-conditioning available. They did move me to a room on the cooler side of the hotel and provide a fan but not great for sleeping. Internet to me is critical and it was very slow. You could pay for a premium service but given problems and need for a VPN I could see little benefit. Even as HH member, no fast internet. Barfridage was also not replenished."

"Clean rooms, but the staff did not speak English - unusual for a 5-star international hotel. Had to use a google translator. Breakfast was so-so. Large, imposing building suitable for events, but not for family vacations. "

"Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time."
