"Staff were extremely nice and kind. We felt welcome from the start. We were greeted every morning with delicious, freshly made cappuccino, which was included with breakfast. Breakfast was very simple and fresh, worth more than its price. It included fresh rolls, cheese, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, a wide selection of pastries and fruit. The room was clean and had a nice smell. The staff were always smiling and helpful. We walked or took metro to the see main attractions, a metro station...

"The reception was very helpful during check in! The property was very clean and our room was spacious. The breakfast was a little nil- nothing but coffee and croissants. And the air con in our room didn’t go below 23 no matter what we did and it was very hot, and the machine itself was very loud. But it was a good hotel near the Roma termini which is why we stayed there."

"Plenty to do and places to visit, staff were great, did feel needed better instructions to locate the reception and maybe more instruction on how far from the termi it is, but overall we couldn't fault the hotel once there. Easy to come and go, and staff very friendly. "
