"This place use to be a great place to stay. My family use to love it. This time I am glad I only had to stay one night. When I informed the front desck of the issues, they said it was probably a housekeeping issue. No apologies or offer of making it right. Keep in mind that one of my complaints was a light fixture in the bathroom fell on my head. Highly disappointed!"

"I went on the internet and booked a room 05/02/2027 and hotel . Com gave me the wrong date. They told me to cancel the wrong date and reply. I did and they double price on me. I had to call to get my first refund. I was on the phone for over 1 hour. I was scammed I ask Quality Inn Dollywood and they told me $89.00 a night. I ask for a refund and they told me I would have to call Hotel . Com. That was a joke"

"The breakfast and evening kick back had good food choices. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. During the evening kick back from 5-7, the hotel offers each guest three free alcoholic drinks. I’m not a big drinker and figured that would be more than enough. On our first evening I didn’t think the drinks had any alcohol in them, and if they did it was extremely low. We were no there on the second evening. On our third evening there, I decided to drink one of my wife’s drinks, which put me at two beers, a shot of whiskey on ice, and a rum and coke. We had hiked 15 miles that day and there was no way I should have been able to drink that much and feel nothing! That’s why I don’t think there is any alcohol in the drinks."
