"So we were there for 6 days, and I really enjoyed myself. The property itself is dated and is in need of upgrades but that didn't disappoint me or ruine my good time. One opportunity I would suggest is to put a dresser for clothing storage in the rooms. We had no where to put our clothes for our stay. We upgraded to the VIP level and really enjoyed our concierges. Luis, Mauricio, and Raul were all great 👍. The booze was flowing and there was no shortage of it. The food was ok, nothing fancy but again, that didn't disappoint us either. We are no foodies. We eat because we have too. The buffet could use an overall. It is very small and limited. Our air conditioner in our room was FANTASTIC! Housekeeping was great. Our in room spa was dirty and our concierge sent someone up immediately to clean it. We will definitely return and are looking forward to it "

"Excellent service and friendly staff. They keep the facilities really clean. There is also good care ant the restaurants on getting you what you need, specially with allergies. There is a great kids waterpark for families. And the food is all excellent. My only main complaint is the there aren’t a lot of bathrooms on the property. Especially if you’re on the beach…. "

"We had no hot water the entire week. The repair guy came twice and said it couldn't be fixed. We asked for another room, but the room they gave us was worse: no hot water, was even older than the one we had and the AC made a constant loud banging noise. We moved back to the old room. The food wasn't very good. The main buffet was closed and moved to the theatre, not ideal for food service. The staff was nice, though not very helpful. The pools were dirty. and some broken/missing tiles. I have been to roughly 10 resorts in Mexico. This was the second-worst. Desperately needs upgrading. "
