โLove this hotel! Itโs clean, comfortable and convenient to any of the MDAnderson medical buildings. Restaurant and bar are also great. Many dining options within walking distance.โ
โBreakfast was very good. The staff were relatively friendly but didn't give me the hotel information until I asked. Towels provided by this hotel were not washed properly and there were boogers on the towel, so I had to take a bath again. The heater was very noisy, and I had a sore throat in the morning due to the dust resulting from the heater.โ
โExcellent staff!!! Stayed due to family member in hospital and they were very accommodating and sympathetic to what was going on with my loved oneโsโ
โHad the most absolutely amazing time. This will be where we stay every single time we go to Houston. It was so quiet and everything is so luxurious. 10/10 no notes! โ
โWe were there because of a serious illness in the family. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well kept. The shuttle is easy to use to any hospital in the medical center, or it is short walk. โ
โMy reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink.โ
