"Despite politely requesting a room with a view before I arrived I was given the first floor overlooking the road :-( used the bar for a drink and it has a good atmosphere and music, my main complaint of the room was lack of good lighting and no mirrors that had a plug point nearby so it was difficult to get ready for the party I was attending. Didn’t make it to breakfast so can’t comment on that"

"Lovely stay just one very annoying thing was the constant buzzing sound all night in the room meaning very little sleep. In the morning we mentioned it to stafff and they explained it was the extractor fan keeping the air circulating but if we had asked they would have turned it off. I suggest this is mentioned to guests on arrival not when checking out"

"Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good. A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing."

"Hotel was excellent. Bright reception & friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were a good size & beds/pillows were comfy. Location was great, close to centre & docks.The early bag drop was very helpful & no bother to staff, definitely helped to let us get on with our day. Breakfast was good and is open later than other hotels. I will be recommending & booking again for Liverpool stays."
