"Our room was in a building that was obviously older than the rest of the resort (Jamaican building); that was my mistake in booking, but it had a spectacular oceanfront view. It had been renovated, but the real problem was that the AC did little to dehumidify the room and we woke up to moisture condensing on the floor. We loved everything else about the Caribbean resort, the pools and the lazy rivers and the location at the end of the "strip." We'd stay at the resort again, just in the Cayman or Dominican buildings instead."

"The room was clean. The ocean front view was great. The staff were friendly but not very helpful at times. We had a light bulb burn out in the bathroom one afternoon, so I went to the front desk and was told that there was no one from maintenance there and she didn't have access to any light bulbs. There should always be a way to get to a light bulb in a hotel. I had to pull a bulb out of a lamp and replace the one in the bathroom or go without a light all night. The electric plugs on one wall of the kitchen area did not work, including the microwave, so I had to move the microwave to another part of the room to get it to work. The parking garage is rather small for driving an extended cab pick up truck in. You can get through but it is tight in places. There is no way to take a luggage cart from the third floor of the parking garage into the hotel, it is only steps for the access."
