โThis is a beautiful property! The neighborhood and grounds are gorgeous, and the location is an easy drive to the city, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, except for breakfast (included). It's a full breakfast menu, the 'breakfast room' is beautiful, and the wait staff was terrific. We had breakfast both mornings during our stay - the first was very good, the second was not...

โThe stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didnโt have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still...
โGreat property, rooms were large and very comfortable. The kitchenette was great and the full size fridge and freezer came in handy.
2 adults and 2 teens in the room and we all had space.
Nice walk to the football stadium and we felt very safe.
Only negative is the parking garage is not marked well enough for the hotel.

โVery Nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and modern with a luxurious feel throughout. Valet parking was a little overpriced at $48/daily. But everything else was exquisite. โ
โThe location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!! โ
โMy wife and I enjoyed a night at this hotel in Charlotte. I appreciated the elevator access was restricted to our floor and the breakfast was clean and delicious. Valet parking made it easy getting in and out. Although there weren't any events or crowds outside the hotel late that night, they offered white noise and ear plugs since trains run by. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Thanks!โ
