“Our stay was pleasant enough although we were not informed by the booking agent that there was no TV service, Also, there was a fee for parking (offsite) which we were also not informed of. I was locked out when I exited the building to put my luggage in the car. Fortunately, there was a security guard close by who helped me regain entry. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and our overall stay was pleasant.”

I have stayed at a number of historic properties before and this one is maintained to what I would say is a minimum level (peeling paint and wallpaper, beat up furniture), which is not to say that it is not clean.
