โThe property was great. The facility was clean. The elevators are a little slow, but nothing to be too concerned about. The rooms were clean and well made up. The only drawback is that room service ends at 8 oโclock.โ
โTRU is a new Hilton brand, great for an overnight stay located just off the 401. Friendly staff. Sparse, tidy rooms with a king size bed. Nice breakfast for a quick get-a-way. โ
โThe tvs need an upgrade. Why is it that in 2025 we are still doing pay to watch. Is this the 90s!! Do better Holiday inn!! We stayed in multiple other holiday inns, never had that issue!!โ

The hotel staff were friendly.
However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers.
There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.โ
โBed and pillows very comfortable. I stayed in the cottage room at the rear of the property. I could hear my neighbours moving around next to me as well as above. I was offered a $13 food and drink voucher in the form of a pre-selected soft drink and 2x small bags of chocolate. I asked if I could forgo these items and instead have scrambled eggs in the morning which was priced at $8. This was declined by the receptionist but I was offered 2 x bottles of sparkling water instead which I declined as...
"The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at allโtruly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.
