โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โThe location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay. โ
โLoved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)

โEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnโt work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iโd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. โ

Perfect location for downtown theaters and restaurants โ both easily walkable. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time weโre in Knoxville.โ
โI specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious.โ

โOur stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, weโd definitely stay again!โ
