We loved the care and friendliness of the staff - we lost a souvenir in a taxi and we requested for the assistance of the staff to help us retrieved it since we can't speak Japanese and we didn't have a Japanese phone number with our phone service, and the staff made it so easy for us and helped us call the taxi company! We received fresh towels and water everyday and we could request for room cleaning service everyday if we wish! The location was amazing! Just below the hotel, there is endless options for restaurants shops to explore! The hotel is close to Kabukicho area and station!

I got 1B for me & my hubby.Very tight space but bathroom is convenient.My 2 teens has 2B in upper floor & much nicer & have more rooms 2 walk around w/separate shower & commode.Surroundings is always BZ (I like it though) like Vegas. Not appropriate 2 small children coz lots of girls & man calling 4 customers (?) & lots of drunk peeps.

Nestled in the heart of Kabukicho this hotel offers something for everyone. Easy access to all major modes of transportation, infinite entertainment & amazing food but mere meters away. Clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms with nice big tubs, perfect after a long day walking the city. Good view regardless of what floor you're on (as the hotel starts on the 8th floor). The smoking room was clean and had peaceful music. The laundry machines didn't quite dry the whole load for 300¥ but for 100¥ you got 30 minutes in the dryer so it's was trivial really. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with any issue raised and the beds were comfortable. I'll be returning some day, for sure!

When you wake in the middle of the night hungry- I thought I can only get food from Seven Eleven, but there are many restaurants open 24 hours near this hotel. I was able to go back to sleep after my stomach was happy! Also - great hotel staff - they helped me with everything!!
