Despite small but functional room, not bad value for central Tokyo and its location close to Central Station. Quiet with the window closed albeit aircon pretty poor but ok at this time of the year with the window open.might get hot in the summer. Lots of great little bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Super clean hotel, helpful staff, convenient locker room to leave luggage, fresh breakfast, great sound insulation from the street noises. I slept well. Helpful staff. Clean room. Spacious for Tōkyō. Breakfast is very traditional Japanese, so don’t look for an omelet station. This is for business people. But it’s really conveniently located. Luggage storage is a plus.

Room is clean. As any other hotel in Japan, there is not much move around. It is located near to Tokyo station’s Yaesu South exit, and takes around 10mins walk to the station. Surrounding the area has convenient stores and if you walk 2 blocks, there is a street that has lots of restaurants. Though the room is facing the street, it is relatively quiet at night for light sleeper. There is breakfast available for around ¥1500.

Overall quite wonderful, the room was clean and the hotel was walking distance from the station and even though I was having navigation trouble with Google Maps and their was a lot of construction causing us to need to reroute that night, we were still able to find the hotel within 30 mins. There were only two things that prevented the room from being 100/100. The first was the mattresses were quite hard and were not as comfortable as one would hope. The second issue was that the toilet handle did not have the word “Flush” written anywhere in English on it, so it took quite a bit of time to read through all the signs on the walls just to make sure I didn’t hit anything that would trigger the bidet. Otherwise, if your looking for a hotel to stay at near Tokyo station, especially if you have last minute changes to your plans, this hotel is a great option.
