The room is very clean. They had house keeper come everyday. The location is about 11 minutes away from SHINJUKU station. Lots of convenient stores nearby . It is more like an Airbnb style hotel. it is an excellent place for family with children.

Clean and spacious enough room for 4 adults. Check-in process was smooth and team informative. Very close to 7-11 and coffee shops. An underground path by 7-11 takes you to Shinjuku Station - not air conditioned but protects you from sun and rain.

We chose this Mimaru because they had 4 twin beds to accommodate a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly. They spoke English very well.they helped us with the luggage delivery process. Everything was exactly how they were in the photos. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Shinjuku West and would gladly stay again. It was perfect for our family of four — the family room had 4 comfortable beds, a kitchenette and dining table, plenty of space by Tokyo standards, and an excellent bathroom. Having the extra room and setup made our stay especially comfortable. The location was excellent — about a 6–8 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, shopping, and countless dining options, yet the hotel itself felt quiet, safe, and peaceful at night. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this hotel!
