Good location from Ikebukuro station. Hotel room is big and hotel comes with a lot of free activities. Only problem is the rooms aren't smoke free but luckily the smell of smoke isn't too strong I got used to it fairly quickly. I've stayed in worse places.

VIP accessについての知識が全くなく、受ける気がない。 明らかに空室がある様子であったにも関わらず、確認してきますの後に空室がある場合のみの対応で本日は空室がありませんとのこと。 部屋も底辺グレードであり、廊下では清掃員が24時間働いていたため、ずっとドアの開閉音が響き渡って不快。VIP accessに設定されていたため他のホテルより割高ではあったものの予約したのですが、最低なホテルでした。

禁煙室を取ってたつもりだったのですが、喫煙室になっていました。 お願いすると空室があったようで急遽変更対応してもらえました。 とても良かったです。
