This hotel was just wonderful. I stayed at four other hotels on my trip to Japan. This was the cheapest, the smallest room and most city central. It was also the most kind, had the most amenities, was the most comfortable (true! but I did travel solo, so not that much luggage) and also the most peaceful. I’m so happy this was my first hotel in Japan.

Location is perfect! There are everything around the hotel!!! Market/shopping malls/very good restaurants… Metro stations are very close the hotel. Center of Shibuya is very close… I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Room and bath were tiny; typical of Japanese hotels. No smart tv?! That's crazy for the middle of Tokyo. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Window on the second floor facing the side, have frosted glass and have no view. Decent breakfast . A short walk to the shibuya scramble and station.
