The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walking to Shibuya crossing and a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with our very late arrival. The room was pretty spacious for Japan, and had free water bottles every day. Would love to stay again when we visit Japan! Our stay was perfect!

The rooms are not the biggest but that’s true of most places we stayed in Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is excellent 5-10 mins to shibuya station. It’s not modern but it is spotlessly clean, perfect when all you need is a place to sleep.

This property was close to many great shopping, restaurants and the Shibuya train station. I thought the price was very fair for the location. It also has two great restaurants on the first floor which makes it very convenient for early morning breakfast or late night eating:)

It was a nice area to stay as it’s really close to all the stores and restaurants that we wanted to go. AC didn’t work but the front desk offered a portable fan to use. All the staffs were very nice and the room was always cleaned when we come back after a long day out.
