The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walking to Shibuya crossing and a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with our very late arrival. It was a nice area to stay as it’s really close to all the stores and restaurants that we wanted to go. AC didn’t work but the front desk offered a portable fan to use. All the staffs were very nice and the room was always cleaned when we come back after a long day out.
