We had a great stay at the Tobu. Room was clean, a little small, but then that was to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful to all our needs. The Tobu offers everything you need in a central location in Shibuya!

The hotel is located in a bustling area of Tokyo, with many shops, restaurants and CROWDS! Easy 30 minute walk to the shrine. The room was incredibly small but comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of 3 items at the restaurant with very small portions and no refills on coffee. There was a toaster for self serve extra toast, but no bread from which to make it. It's definitely a place for more budget minded travelers but over fine for a couple of nights.
