The hotel was in a good location. We chose this hotel for the larger size rooms and walking distance to transit. I unfortunately had to visit the hospital and the staff was helpful and I was able to walk since it was close by.
I enjoyed my stay there. I couldn’t find the hotel easily as there was no hotel sign outside, other than that I liked everything about the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Staffs were very friendly too.
The room itself was perfect. It was clean and cozy. However, the bathroom was a bit small. The hotel had a nice garden with fish which was quite fun to watch. But, there was no water, meaning we had to buy our own water because we were not comfortable with drinking the water from the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast included was quite plain. It only had croissants and some cereal.
Great location. A 10 minute walk to the JR Yamanote line, station Shin Okubo. It’s a lovely walk through little residential ally ways. Breakfast included, I do not recommend. It’s cereal and coffee. Lawson across the street so easily can pick up breakfast there. As with all of Japan, English is very limited by staff. But google translate to the rescue when required.
We had an excellent stay at the Shinjuku Sun Park Hotel, cleaners were always good and the hotel was in a good location - close to public transport and restaurants without being in a noisy area.
We had a wonderful stay! The bathroom is really small, but it worked and that’s all that matters. Great location, right across the street from a Lawson’s and only a 7-8 minute walk from two train stations. Very quiet and safe!
The staff booked us a wonderful room. It was very large and had a great view of the cherry blossom trees. Breakfast was good and neighborhood was quiet from the busy Shinjuku station.
