Incredible staff, great facilities, and its hard to best a washer/dryer right in the room! I cant stress enough for first timers how useful that is to have. The location is also incredible, with close transit access and 24 hour convenience stores nearby. If we come back, we will definitely be staying with Tokyu Stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Room was very clean and tidy. And also great that the room came with a Washing Machine. Very convenient to do your laundry without having to leave the room or hotel. We recommend reserving a bigger room if you plan on brining multiple bags and luggages when traveling to Tokyo.

The location was convenient as it was close to a station exit. What particularly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. No matter the time of day the staff were available to assist and with a positive attitude. On our check out day we were permitted to leave our bags at the hotel and relax in the lobby area until we caught the shuttle bus to the airport.
