Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast gave off a Japanese cafeteria setting which i love. Shuttle service was superb. If i ever go back to Tokyo, will be staying to this hotel again :)

Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was very small, no wardrobe or place to put your clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase and push it under the bed. The mattress was so hard and thin, that we had to leave earlier. Unless you're used to sleep on the floor, forget it!

It's a good hotel. Quite close to a metro station but the line of that metro is not best no direct line to Tokyo station or Ueno station. Breakfast is quite basic and there is not much space for breakfast only few tables. Staff is friendly and helpful with ok English for Japan. Room was clean and I don't have any complains.

Enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast was delicious and filling. The hotel isn't super fancy but is perfect if you just need a good night sleep for your trip. The bed is not bad but the pillows are a bit uncomfortable. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner plus additional amenities are available as well as shuttle service to Tokyo Station and laundry. Staff is friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Low budget Japanese style hotel. Very clean. Basic amenities but for that price I didn’t have high expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to main metro lines. Would recommend for budget minded travelers.
