"This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

"For $373AUD a night it was the most expensive hotel. We expected a much better quality room. Breakfast was toast. The noise from the street in our building was terrible. We could not sleep before midnight. Not recommended."

"The location is hard to beat if you want to be close to everywhere in Shibuya. The complex has great small restaurants on the lower levels. Staff was super nice and helpful. I believe it's listed as a 4-star on expedia, I think it's more like 3.5. If the room is cleaner, I'd say it's a 4. It's not filthy, but you can definitely see dust on the corners, watermarks on the bathroom glasswalls, etc. And the room can use some fresh paints. We stayed in a King room (905) and it is spacious, and the view is great (even from the bathroom). But if you are a light sleeper and must have a quiet room, stay somewhere else. It is noisy with the sport cars sprinting down on the street, the ambulance sirens, and some music from somewhere. But if you like city vibes, this is the place! "

"Bathroom was dirty. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. The shower curtain was ridiculously small. If you pulled the curtain to the wall on one side it left a gap of almost 2 feet on the other side. Overall the room was fairly nice and a good size but the bathroom was in bad need of a remodel. "

"Great size room for family if 4 bunk beds were Greta but hard to get under as the height is so low , we were under the expression there would be a cafe with simple items but there was nothing except for filter coffee , water na ice machines were useful , room was not cleaned through the stay "

Rooms are notably large by Tokyo standards, with thoughtful lighting and a generously sized bathroom. It’s also impressively quiet. The only real knock was the mattress, which ran a bit firm. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options; we stuck with the Western buffet, which was very solid/fresh with additional table service and even included a vegan section. Nice touch: umbrellas provided on rainy days. Overall, a good stay, but pricing feels ambitious for what’s offered. Also worth noting, the pool is restricted to guests 18 and over."
