"The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not working properly. When we checked out and mentioned how hot the room was they said it was a known problem and gave us a couple bags of chips and juice. We stoll paid over 400 for a night in a room that was to hot to comfortably sleep in."

"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible.
