“Breakfast was good and served quickly as I wanted to get away early. Bar well provisioned. Staff helpful and happy to guests.”

“Parking is not available at the hotel, and we did not drive, we were dropped off via taxi at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. Staff were extremely helpful, food was good and fresh. Nice outdoor seating/eating area, also a cozy sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely book here again.”

“Lovely historic hotel in an absolutely stunning coastal setting. Close to walks and the village of Port Isaac. You must like hills. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is part of an excellent local restaurant and a well-loved and cozy pub. We found the staff very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Breakfasts were opulent, and the quality of the food at night equally high. The building's historic character means that tall people should watch their heads on occasion, and the rooms are...

“ Very friendly and helpful place ”

“Lovely hotel in superb position and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. However we are blue badge holders with limited mobility and although there were a number of disabled parking places all these had been pre-booked and occupied by diners. Whilst we were able to leave our car in a disabled space on the first evening we were directed to the underground car park on the Sunday. Unfortunately it was almost full but we managed to literally squeeze into one of the last two spaces. This was disappointing...

“Lovely pub with nice spacious and clean rooms. Good offering of food and drink, fresh breakfast cooked to order and lot of optional add ons like yoghurts, cereal, selection of juices. Overall great experience for a competitively priced room. Car park had plenty of spaces too”

“Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again”
