"As for the bed and pillows, well, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, though there is only one restaurant within walking distance; however, downtown is less than a 5-minute drive away with more options. Access to the base was pretty easy, being about 9 to 10 miles (a 12- to 14-minute drive) from Fort McCoy. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and I would return if I had to."

"Beautiful farm bed & breakfast nestled amongst the cornfields. The large property includes nicely landscaped grounds with large trees and flowering perennials. It was delightful sitting outside in the morning having coffee listening to the birds and enjoying the quiet surroundings. Donna, the owner/host, prepared a delicious breakfast using locally sourced foods and homemade muffins & granola. We biked the nearby Sparta Elroy trail and will definitely return again."
