โAbsolutely awfulโฆ Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smellโฆ It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. โ
โThe room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that โ
โArrived at the end of a long days work with the family in tow. Pulled up to a house on a industrial estate and groaned. What had we let ourselves in for? Well, as the old saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover.
Phoned the number to get entry instructions, instead, Lee the manager personally saw to our check in and made sure everything was ok for us.
Once in, everything was as youd expect, modern, clean, functional. With the added bonus of a fridge and a microwave.

โWill stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again โ
โVisited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

โThis is a lovely old pub, so one needs to remember things may be a trifle warn. That being said, the shower was hot, the bathroom floor was heated, but grout missing in some of the floor tlies. The food served in the restaurant was AMAZING and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough for making my stay so enjoyable. โ
