“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
“We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.

“Needed an overnight stop on my way to Builth Wells and this is conveniently located just off the M4 near Newport. Refurbish a little while ago and the room was clean and had everything you needed ( inc iron / ironing board, hair dryer, kettle etc ). Bed was comfortable, and the room had A/C.Very little noise. “I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “We booked the hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. When we arrived we went to the lounge for tea. I was in awe of the two ladies on the reception/bar. They were probably doing the job of 4 people and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and we had a great couple of nights sleep!
