My husband left an item behind in the bar after dinner and we left details with the staff to contact us if it turned up. The lovely lady on the desk called us the following day to say it has been found so we called back in to collect. Thank you.

. The room was clean the staff friendly, a lovely bar there where you can relax if you don’t want to go straight up to your room. Good location. I have stayed there a few times it’s a really nice hotel.

Excellent greeting and check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a car park was a factor in our choice (additional charge). Be careful of it's height restriction. The Resort is not in Usk it is Llangybi in rural area of Usk so if you’re a shopper drive back into Usk or on to Newport neither are a massive distance . But if you swim . Like walks. Massages etc and fine dining you will just stay where you are.
