Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. โOwners Thomas and Viji were great people. Made stay very convenient and fun! Check in and out are super easy! Breakfast was made a lovely chef who went out the way for my dietary restriction. Loved my stay and will make this my stop in Louisville โ
โCheck on and out was easy. They accommodated my family's small requests without issue. I left some shoes behind, and they easily helped me to gwt them returned. The staff handled everything with ease and professionalism. Our rooms were clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. โ
โThis hotel was very nice good for families. It was walking distance to the Kentucky Convention Center in Louisville. Food was close by. The hotel was clean and whenever we asked for anything within limits it was taken care of. Breakfast was not free which is unfortunate but for the most part I did not care. I was there with my daughter and mom for a basketball tournament. I was happy!!โ
