"Housekeeping never came during day. Took 45 minutes to get clean towers"

"The place was clean and staff was nice wished more of the bars and food places was opened. I wished I knew before I got there that my room was in the sky tower. I was told that my room would be signed when I got there. So I had to pay more for a room. I wanted a king bed and I got 2 queen beds. There was no microwave"

"The only good things were the bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and pressure in the shower. The property was filthy, (I noticed the pile of feces, I think human, behind the dumpster in the parking lot). I had to interact with the only staff member I saw through bulletproof glass. He wouldn't even let me in the lobby. The only amenity was a bar of soap; not even any shampoo, conditioner or lotion It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for, not much"

"This is a good no-frills hotel. There is an attached casino, mostly attended by locals, though I never went in it. Casino does have a $5 breakfast that I wish I knew about earlier. You have to have a key to use the hotel elevator. Parking was free. The hotel is far enough to not be in the center of the action but close enough you can walk to the major casinos, the university or fairgrounds. It is on a busy street, so I was hearing traffic til about 1am on Saturday night. Definitely make use of the A/C or earplugs. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the morning. The personal coffee maker worked. The fitness center is small but everything worked. The wifi was decent. Hard to hold a zoom meeting on it, but otherwise I was able to work remotely. The lobby did sometimes smell a little like smoke from the casino. The front desk staff were not always there but they handled all my requests without problems."

"The bed was very comfortable! We stayed in the Tuscany Tower and really enjoyed the size of this room. Double headed walk in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, huge screen tv and a lovely view if a lake and the mountains. "

"The room and staff were helpful but the air conditioning was not working great, it was set to 65 when we entered the room but it never got cool at all."
