“직원들은 친절했고 방은 청결하고 너무 쾌적했습니다 햇빛을 가릴수있게 전동가림막도 있었고 커튼도 있어 잠잘때 눈부시거나 하는일은 없었습니다. 아이거 산이 보이는 전망은 방에 누워있거나 아침에 눈떴을때 경이로움을 느끼기에 충분했습니다 오래된 샬레에 가는것도 좋지만 쾌적한 환경을 원한다면 이곳이 정답입니다 그린델발트 역과는 조금 거리가 있지만 기차나 버스가 있어서 문제가 되지않고, 콥마트도 터미널 안에 위치해있어서 장보는거도 문제 없습니다. 날씨가 좋은날에 냇가를 따라 산을 보면서 산책을 하는건 평생 잊을수 없을 경험이었습니다. 그린델발트에 숙소를 찾는데 샬레를 못구했거나 쾌적하고 깨끗한곳을 찾는다면 이곳이 정답입니다. 조식도 좋았고 외부음식을 가져와서 먹을수 있는 식당까지 완벽했습니다 ”

“Location is very convinient if you use bernaqua. But poor english level for receptionists. If you are not german speaker don't expecting the information in details. Answer rudely even if they didn't understand my question at the front desk. There is No professionnalisme ! Check well your credit card bill after check out ! They took some cost from my credit card, which i didn't use, without asking or checking further. No word of sorry or try to solve quickly because 'it's very busy season...

“벵엔 역에서 5분거리여서 아주 가까우면서도 룸에서 벵엔 지역이 내려다보이는 아주 좋은 뷰를 가지고 있습니다. 룸이 깨끗하고 직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 그린델발트로 넘어갈 수 있는 케이블카 역이 바로 앞에 있어서 편리합니다. 그린델발트보다 조금 작은 동네이고 쇼핑이나 레스토랑 옵션은 작은 동네이지만 관광지의 느낌이 없고, 훨씬 조용하고 쾌적한 지역입니다. 조식은 메뉴가 다양한 편은 아니지만 기본 메뉴가 다 있고 양이 많고 재료가 아주 신선했습니다. ”
