“I believe I signed up for 2 Queen size beds. We were actually given a Queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa. The hotel staff said that since I signed up through Expedia, they couldn't guarantee/honor what I requested through a "third-party site"! ... Not happy about that! 🙁”

“They are doing repairs and upgrades in the property, which is really needed overall this stay med it’s requirements. But I would have expected more from a Sheraton.”

“The room was very clean and well maintained , so many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Well kept clean property. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Had snacks for the early morning guests that were heading to the Balloon Festival. Only issue the charging ports for phones did not work well at all.”

“All the cool kids stay here”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
