I absolutely don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again… for the price, it was terrible. We were kept up all night by some adults… ahem, engaging in adult related activities. And when I mean all night, I mean from 12 am til about 6 am. We barely slept, between that and the rock hard beds that were 5 feet off the ground. Normally I’m that person that can pretty well sleep anywhere but this stay was a difficult one to stay the least. The area is quite noisy and clearly the walls are quite thin. You expect to hear other people here and there of course but not all night and when you have to travel all day the next day, this just wasn’t the vibe.

The air conditioning system in the hotel room has a constant noise like water running through the pipe that cannot stop or like a toilet won’t stop running. We checked with the hotel staffs and they said it doesn’t turn off. It is very noisy especially at night. It is very annoying. We were not able to sleep. They need to fix this problem. I don’t think I will stay here again.

We stayed on the first floor of the Courtyard, which is in a separate building from the main lobby. Unfortunately, the hotel feels outdated and unclean. It’s advertised as a 4-star hotel, but I would rate it no higher than a 2-star. Our room had a musty smell, and there was lint and dust in the overhead water sprinkler. The air conditioning unit was old and noisy, with visible dust buildup. The metal hardware and moldings looked worn. There was a lack of soundproofing, all cinversational noises outside of our room were audible. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough, and the bathroom fixtures were dingy and outdated. We called front desk to get extra towels and it went to voice mail. We left a message and never received out towels at all. On a positive note, the location is convenient, near Richmond Centre, and there’s free parking available on the side of the hotel. There’s also a parking garage for overflow, but we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

The room was clean but smelled musty. Tried to air with opening windows but not enough. The restaurant was great. The parkade could use directional arrows and better signage. Staff were great and attentive.
