"It seems like this place is family owned so if you are looking for an affordable hotel close to Sedona and want to stay away from chain brands this is it. The staff is friendly, the hotel offers free coffee in the morning, a pool with spa jacuzzi, bbq pits and tables with peaceful views of the mountains and it is only seven minutes drive to old town Cottonwood. Bed is comfortable and rooms are small but clean, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, tv, an small fridge and a table with two chairs. The motel is located in a little hill so one of the nights we saw a herd of Javelinas crossing the side road which it was the highlight of our stay. I would definitely go back next time I visit the area."
