The home cooked breakfasts were a very nice touch. The property is extremely well designed for guest comfort. The location is very central to all the fun too. “Ideal location for a relaxing stay in Vieques. It was just 5 minutes away from restaurants in Esperanza and we loved the size of our cottage. The property was huge and the view overlooking the ocean was our favorite way to end the night each night. Beach chairs and towels were available everyday to go to local beaches. We ate breakfast each morning at the hotel and it was always good. We understand it was low season but it would have been nice to have a bar or service to get beverages during the...

“My stay at Hix Island House was wonderful! The property was very clean and just as described on the website. It was peaceful, relaxing, and romantic, making it the perfect place to unwind. I especially loved the pool area—it was beautiful and so enjoyable. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the room, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Hix Island House and would love to stay again!”
