"Nice hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms, very clean. Stayed a few times now and noticed a few maintenance issues this year both in the room and public areas. Breakfast very good but evening meal quality and choice seems to have gone downhill a little this time too. Won’t put me off returning but would like to see it return to its true 4 star status as it was a few years ago"

The kitchen and living spaces made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy time together without feeling cramped. The pool is absolutely amazing — clean, spacious, and a real highlight of our stay. "Staff all amazingly helpful and friendly. Spa was a bit compact but ok and clean. Pool fine, although staff at the pool bar seemed a bit rushed off their feet and there was a couple of occasions where quite a queue built up. However, staff still friendly and happy."

"The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it."
