“I loved the service from my server at the bar restaurant His name is Jagagh He really treated us wonderful”

“The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle bus was a fantastic addition and just what we needed to get to and from Disneyland. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and would happily recommend the hotel. The only downside was the price of the food in the restaurant. We found it quite expensive for our family of five to eat at the hotel, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a lovely stay...

Gracias.”

“Rooms are not clean, filthy carpets, spiders and webs in areas of ceiling. No hand wash, people clearly smoking when they shouldn't be. We could smell cigarettes in our room and all down the corridor. Breakfast is chaos, people grabbing at everything, at times no plates or bowls left. Doesn't matter if you try come down early it's packed. Floors are dirty with people dropping food on for and it doesn't get cleaned up. One of the days we paid for breakfast so we could have a warm...

“Good value for money. Location is convenient, shuttle takes directly to Disneyland.”

“Cozy and silent, clean and nice room conditon”
