“Our stay as a whole was pretty much okay. The only downsides were that the staff was difficult to understand at times and my wife and I found a bug of some sort in our room. The shower was okay except for the tub faucet not shutting completely down as the shower was going so I got a little bath to go along with my shower. But other than all that, my rating is a solid 3 out 5 stars.”

“The pool was green and had leaves or something floating in it... its an indoor pool. One of our doors had to be assaulted to be opened because it had apparently forced open (you could see the marks very clearly where something had been used to force open the door). The shower handle (the thing you turn the water on with) was smashed in, we didn't touch it to try and use it. The entire hotel smelled like bad cologne. The beds were good though and the sheets were clean.”

“We had a very late (1:30 AM) check-in. We were greeted at the door. When the front desk was checking us in, we mentioned we hadn't had dinner due to delayed flights. She came out with a bag of bagels, yogurt, muffins and water. It was beyond appreciated! The hotel layout was unique. The room was great and very clean. Nothing but good things to say. We normally stay at top of the line hotels and were pleased at the level of quality and service.”

I booked a room online for my family, but when we arrived around 10:00 PM to check in, the staff refused to let us stay because they said I had too many children. If that was the hotel’s policy, it should have been made clear during the booking process instead of allowing my reservation to go through. “The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...

“No Kleenex, not even an empty box. Appeared to simply not be offered. No floor rug for outside of the tub/shower. Not very safe. No bathroom amenities at all. No soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. Good shower pressure though!”

“The property is a super cute boutique motel. Nothing like you think of motels. It was so clean and we didnt have any problems getting in. You have contact info and they answer you right a way. I believe the housekeepers name was Jessica and she was very helpful with questions that we had. Over all the experience was very pleasant. The only complaint i have is the small size refrigerator could've been just a little bit bigger but the property itself is gorgeous.”

“The front desk and staff were super helpful and FRIENDLY! The atmosphere was great, not stilted. The bed and pillows were AWESOME. I would book with them again in a heartbeat! Not to mention being next door to the train station if you’re going there with the Amtrak.”
