“Not sure what i expected on my first glamping experience, but a table would've been helpful. The rug inside the tent smelled musty, but the upside was i didn’t have to break down a wet tent before pulling out.”

“great stay- there was a snaffoo with access to my room-staff was on sight to quickly and courteously resolve the problem.”

“I was very happy with the site and the unit itself. However I was not prepared for just what I needed to bring with me. The master bedroom was comfortable and clean. But the trailer smelled musty. However the pull out beds were ok there were no additional sheets for the beds in the second bedroom. We did go to the local store and purchased some as well as blankets and air freshener. The weather had turned off cooler than expected. We also bought charcoal for the grill since we brought patties....

“We showed up to Thousand Trails Leavenworth during a power outage, after a 12-hour drive over slick, icy, and fallen rock-strewn roads during (apparently) a storm-of-the-century type situation. Also, although the address is "Leavenworth", it is actually closer to Plain, a twisty jaunt about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. I was tired, cold, and cranky. Luckily, I had called ahead to explain we would be late and the welcome packet was right where the staff said it would be, easy to retrieve....
