“The only thing I like about Hotel Tybee is the location and the view of the beach. The hotel is very old and it needs renovation, The bed is horrible, the water has an awful smell and the tub did not drain when running the shower, had to get maintenance to fix it. The room does not look as advertised, the furniture is very old. I have no complaints about the staff, they all were very nice!”

“The rooms are very small. We had a single full size bedroom. Ac blew snowballs, which was great. Room was clean, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Fridge & microwave worked properly. Surrounding guest were friendly, no interaction with staff, but no complaints. Short walk to beach, maybe 10 mins. Overall great stay, on-site pool as well.”

“This was a very clean hotel and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel has free parking for their guests and it's right on the ocean. Their continental breakfasts were very good and lots to choose from.”
