“I came in late my first night. Saw white dust on a counter. Didn’t think much about it. The next day I saw that powder all over the floor with what appeared to be clumps of hair. The white powder appears to be from the ceiling, obvious the room had not been vacuumed or washed in a while. Lots of pieces of garbage in the hallway. Hallway could use new paint. Soap dispensers were empty. Glad I travel with bars of soap. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist helpful identifying places to eat . Great...

“It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning”

“Hotel was very nice and well maintained. My daughter enjoyed the stay and not willing to go outside ..”

“The iron in the room had stains on the bottom and water leaked out on my pants causing a stain. The front desk gave me another one to put in the room. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign on my door to place on the outside of the door.”
