“Nice room for the price.”

“The cleanliness could be a lot better. Behind our bathroom door was absolutely filthy. All it takes are two minutes and a wet cloth. The air vent in the bathroom actually had dust hanging from it. At times, the cable tv wasn’t working. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect from a hotel offering continental breakfast.”

“The front desk staff was very accommodating and super helpful. She told us where additional parking was after she heard we might be out late one night, as parking there can be kind of tight. She also verified the room was ready and clean herself when we checked in just a touch early. The beds were nice and comfortable and all the amenities were a nice quality.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the property was very misrepresented compared to how it was presented online. The pictures and description gave the impression that the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, but that was not my experience at all. The property was unkept and noticeably dirty. Our room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained, which made it very difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. There were several things that...

“The hotel itself was suitable for my needs for the weekend. But the staff was as rude as they come. The person who checked me out on September 20th 2026 at 4:16am needs to be retrained. When I kindly asked for a receipt emailed, her exact words "Why do you need a receipt? Ain't nothing but your little parking fees". I was shocked. She eventually printed a receipt. But a manager definitely should have been involved. I have no reason to choose this particular hotel again.”
