"Great location walkable a block from river street and Ellis Square. Staff was great property is nice only caveat was one elevator was under maintenance the whole stay. Other than that we enjoyed the complementary drinks as part of the rewards program."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Ice machine on our floor was out of service so we had to go to the first floor. Bar has an outstanding selection of top shelf Whiskey as the name implies but the cocktails were pretty expensive and precisely poured. Breakfast was busy but good and had all of the standard food, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and muffins."

"I’d stay here again. Check-in was easy, and the staff was awesome. My only concern is that the “service animal” policy may need to be enforced more consistently. For a property that is not pet-friendly, there seemed to be quite a few animals on-site that did not appear to meet true service animal standards (fakes)! Also the pool needed a good cleaning."

"The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, the outdoor restaurant above the pool was very good, the dinner was excellent. All of the normal things: Clean room,, Staff, outdoor pool, Beach were excellent . Communications were not so great. We "heard" you had to reserve a beach chair and that you could do it at the beach. So we went down and waited with another family for a long time. We called the number on the beach service sign finally got through to a very pleasant woman who said she would send someone over. That person never showed. So basically the beach, which the reason we chose you, was not available to us, we are not spring chickens and did not bring our own chairs like so many people did. I suppose there was a solution, but it was hot, and by then we were frustrated, so the beach was a bust for us. Also since you do serve "not-young" people , it would be nice if you either had a paper information sheet/magazine, or your on TV information would be more complete, especially when the remote did not work well and we had to hit the buttons several times to choose a site. Very bummed out, will not recommend to others since there are other choices available."
