“I just went therefore because I had surgery the next day early in the morning, I live 2.5 hours away. The place was nice clean and the personal very helpful. The hotel was only .5 mile from the hospital facilities, very convenient for me.”

“Only issued one keycard because they had a shortage, and that one shorted out twice... The room was clean enough but had obvious wear and tear. I wasn't notified until check-in that I was stuck in a 1st level room despite requesting a 2nd level room. Staff was helpful but very slow, not super proactive. Felt safe because it's Leavenworth, but they only had a half-bolt as security. No latch, no chain. Would not stay here again.”
