“We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....
